Welcome to the Rotary Club of Santa Paula Pumpkin Patch at Limoneira Ranch
Book a guided Pumpkin Patch school field trip today!
Children (and adults) enjoy this fun and educational Fall experience on a real working ranch!
The Rotary Club of Santa Paula Pumpkin Patch at Limoneria Ranch school tour has been a favorite of children and teachers for over 20 years. Though we’ve grown larger, we still offer the same memorable experience year after year.
School trips are available by scheduled reservation on Fridays ONLY. The trips are usually 2 hours and include a sugar pumpkin for the child. Vendors are not open and there is no water on site. It is strongly recommended that each child be supplied water. You are welcome to bring a lunch or snacks for kids to eat on site.
Have your school’s activity coordinator contact the Pumpkin Patch to make a reservation for a school field trip.

Once everyone has been checked in and stickers put on, the first stop is the Hay Wagon Ride! The wagons run continuously every 15 minutes or so and takes you around our 30-acre ranch to see all the pumpkins, petting zoo and crops growing.
A fun stop for the kids. Zigzagging through the maze to try and find their way out, it is a favorite stop every year.
There are goats, sheep, cows and ducks to pet. Make sure to supervise all children to take good care of our animal friends. Hand sanitizing stations are available outside the cages.
A favorite stop at Pumpkin Patch is story time. Children will listen to a great Fall story that is truly entertaining.
Children will get to climb our hay pyramid. A fun activity for the everyone!! It is also a great opportunity for a class picture to remember the trip.
Last stop but certainly not least is picking a pumpkin! Walk on over the pumpkin patch to choose which pumpkin to take home. Flat one, tall one, skinny one…bumpy one? A great way to end a fun day at the Pumpkin Patch.
